Maintenance For Peace Of Mind

Our maintenance contracts provide peace of mind for you and your organisation, and preventative maintenance also helps us to avoid equipment breakdowns and the associated downtime. To ensure that your equipment performs as designed, we offer several types of maintenance services, based on the manufacturers’ recommended maintenance schedule and customised to suit your own needs.

Comprehensive Maintenance Agreements

If you want to know all the possible maintenance costs associated with your equipment upfront for the coming year, then we recommend a Comprehensive Maintenance Agreement. In particular, if you have a breakdown within the contract period, you have the peace of mind knowing that all labour, travel, and replacement part costs are also included. The Comprehensive Maintenance Agreement also includes all the aspects of the Routine Preventative Maintenance.

Pre-delivery Inspection

Before your equipment even leaves our premises, it receives our own ‘pre-delivery inspection’, so that no aspect of your future installation is left to chance.

Routine Preventive Maintenance Agreements

We schedule and complete the manufacturers recommended routine maintenance checks on your equipment, carry out any required adjustments and replace the agreed list of recommended parts.

Non-Contract Repairs Or Maintenance

If you don’t currently have a contract with us, we can perform any required maintenance work based on our competitive hourly or daily labour and travel rates.

Test equipment used by our engineers is calibrated to international standards. You will receive a copy of the current calibration certificate as an attachment to the service engineers electronic service report by email as soon as the service visit is complete.

Dedicated Parts Service

Managing parts can be challenging for our customers. Our Service team will source the parts for you, saving you time. Parts for older machines may be difficult to identify or source, but our longstanding relationships with the OEM’s ensures we are best place to source the parts you need.
