Gregory M. Brennan – Chief Executive Officer

Greg joined the family company in 1998 as Operations Manager. Previously, he worked in a Technical Sales role as part of the American Express Ireland team. In 1991, he joined Woodchester Bank in Dublin as a key account manager. Following the sale of Woodchester to GE Money, he moved into a more specialised role within their Business Manager program for motor dealership financing. By 2000, the Operations role within Brennan & Co had progressed to include Sales Management and ITC infrastructure.

When his father retired in 2012, after 37 years at the helm, Greg became Group Managing Director. He was instrumental in creating the Board of Directors for the group. The primary objective of which is to ensure that our companies are profitable into the future. By focusing on the strategic direction and continual development of our greatest asset (our people) we will ensure the successful realisation of our goals.

Jake joined The Brennan & Co Group as Group Sales Director for Our Industrial division in 2023 during an exciting time of growth within the Company. Jakes extensive experience has allowed him to develop a leadership style that is collaborative yet decisive which enabling him to influence key stakeholders from front line employees to senior leaders across the business. Jake has a strong record of leading operational business units through significant change projects including acquisition integration and digital transformation with a focus on developing teams with a growth mindset.
