Our office hours over the Christmas period are as follows:
The company will be closed from Friday, 23rd December 2022
and will not re-open until 9:00am on Tuesday, 3rd January 2023.
However, to ensure we maintain critical customer support the
B&C Technical Service Division will provide the following cover
for emergency breakdowns:

Charges
Customers with comprehensive contracts: No charge
Customers without comprehensive contracts: Call out charge – €300 (+ hourly rates x 1.5)
Omnicell Equipment Support
For Omnicell equipment support, call 01- 4354247.
In order to provide 24/7 support, outside of the above listed hours, you will be automatically transferred to the Omnicell Ireland and UK Helpdesk.
Press button 5 for Technical Assistance, then press button 5 for Automation support.
You will be required to give your Name, Telephone contact number, Hospital location details and a brief description of the fault.
You will receive an initial call back from an Omnicell Engineer within 30mins.
