Our Crash Mats (or fall mats) are designed to protect anyone who is prone to falling or rolling from their bed. There are a number of important benefits:
- The foam used minimises the implications of a person falling by absorbing the impact.
- The crash mats are available in a choice of foam density and mat size. Consequently those who are low risk may feel the single standard mat is adequate. While the most vulnerable would benefit from the denser and thicker version.
- Three section versions can be folded and with the strap supplied can be easily stored away.
- Substantial enough to provide good footing and a soft surface, which significantly aids attempting to get back into bed.
- A more comfortable surface to lay on until help arrives.
